Wesley Ncube
Chief Executive Officer
Wesley is a financial services professional and executive with experience across a number of fields including banking, investments, finance, consulting, employee benefits and actuarial consulting. Wesley has experience consulting in various actuarial fields including pensions (both with defined contribution and defined benefit funds), short term, social security schemes, health care and life insurance. He also has experience working on mergers and acquisitions projects.
Wesley has been a managing member of regional executive committees, reporting to Group Executive Committees and Group Managing Directors in multinational organisations such as Barclays and NBC Consultants and Actuaries.
Wesley is an actuarial consultant by training and has completed most of his Actuarial Board exams. He is a member of the Institute of Actuaries (UK), the Society of Actuaries (USA) and the Actuarial Society of South Africa. He graduated from the University of Cape Town with a BSc Honors in Mathematics and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics.
Thamsanqa Netha
Chief Investment Officer
Thamsanqa has worked in the private equity and corporate and project finance over the last 7 years during which he worked on numerous transactions. His core competency is in evaluating and executing transactions through the securing of equity finance as well as senior and subordinated debt on behalf of the firm and its project partners.
Before joining Robin Crown he worked at BnP Capital as A Senior Investment Associate, He worked on multiple listed and non-listed transactions. Prior to BnP Capital he work at the Networx Investments, as an analyst . Networx is Portuguese based private equity firm which is a subsidiary of Banco Espirito Santo focusing on energy transactions, prior to that he worked at the Development Bank of Southern Africa in the Investment Banking division where he was involved in multiple limited recourse and debt transactions.
He holds an honours degree in Economics and a Masters degree in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School.
Antony Mureverwi

Antony is the Chief Operating Officer of Robin Crown Capital. Antony is a resourceful and supportive leader with over 10 years of experience in the international business sector; Antony's specific expertises include relationship management, pursuit strategy, organizational corporate planning and risk management. His ability to map out interdependencies and remove barriers result in more effective and efficient project planning and program implementation.
Antony is an adept problem solver, team player, and a highly effective communicator, instructor and facilitator. Drawing from past experiences and a diverse network, Antony creates innovative approaches for present and new opportunities. Antony’s skills where honed in leadership roles at Sears Holdings, Voyage Transportation and RBC Dexia.
Antony studied International Business at Atlanta Metropolitan State College and is also an Oracle Certified Professional.
