We have extensive experience in the corporate finance and advisory space, particularly in transaction advisory, having been key members in leading transactions worth nearly of US1.2 billion including energy generation, oil, gas and chemical industries, property, healthcare and agriculture.

 

These have been mostly in South Africa but include transactions in countries such as Angola and Zimbabwe. Structures used for the capital raising varying from acquisitions, sales and loans and clients served include international multinationals, government parastatals and private companies.
